it isvital thatnew ideas, proposalsand initiatives
offeropportunities for leadershipmeetings.They
canuse their vast experience for analyzing the
problem situationsandexplain their visionand
understandingofglobal issuesofdevelopmentof
societyandhumankind ingeneral.

called“UkrainianForum”was established in
Ukraineandmanywell-knownpersons fromour
country joined it. People represented thereare key
playerswhomade significant contributions in the
development of our state. Eachof themhas vast
experienceofwork incertain spheres. Now, these
peoplebelonging toconstructive force that is
politicallyunbiasedare trying tobring something
new to thedevelopment of our state. Over the
short timeof its existence, UkrainianForumhas
organized roundtablediscussiondedicated to the
reformof constitutional systemof our country.
Second roundtablediscussionwasdedicated
to the issueofUkraine’s security ingeopolitical
context. In thisquick-changingworld, our country
has to find itsplace in suchgeopolitical processes.
Well-knowngovernmentofficials, politiciansand
experts tookpart in the roundtablediscussion.
These includeAlexander Kwasnewski,who isan
old friendofmine, by theway, PresidentofAtlantic
Council of theUSFredericKempe, Britishmilitary
expert Sherr andanumberofUkrainianpoliticians
including the first and secondPresidentsofUkraine
andVerkhovnaRadadeputies.
At this time, thematerialsgeneratedat the round
tablearebeingsystematized.This isavery important
topicandcloseattentionshouldbepaid to it.

– If Ukrainehad such forums itwouldhave

account in the issues of statedevelopment.
Our goal is toensure leadershippositions
for Ukrainian Forum and involve in itswork
more andmore leaders of European andworld
scale. This is necessary for theobjectives set
forthbyUkrainian Forum: namely for initiating
anationwidediscussion in relation to theways
of Ukraine’s development, consolidationof
Ukrainian society, professional analysis of topical
societal andeconomicproblems and formulation
of positions onprogram issues.
