The Government of Ukraine had already determined as the main priority the social
orientationof itseconomical policy.The riseofpeople’s living standardsand solutionof
social problems arekeygoals; to attain thesegoals, thematerial andfinancial resources
of the countrywill be used.
At the same time in order to accelerate economic reforms, develop priority economy
branches, create equal conditions for all agents of economical activity and provide
transparency for the state property privatization process, it is very important to take
measures aimed at the attraction of investment resources, improvement of legal,
economical andorganizational foundations of state regulationof economy.
We support the initiativeof theUkrainianpart ofUkrainian-UAEBusinessCouncil and
Ukraine Trade Center with regard to the conduct of international business forums and
consider the increase of investment inflows into national economy as one of the
priority directions of the Cabinet ofMinisters’ activity as well as of central and local
executive authorities.
For Ukraine, the participation in such forums is very important as it provides the
opportunity to inform the international communityon themost prospective spheres and
ways of co-operation and also to study andgain the bestworld experience.
