Within the frameof Sugar Program in1998–

helped increase sugar production inUkraine and

In thecourseof implementationof the
Resolutionof theCabinet ofMinistersofUkraine
“OnFurtherDevelopment ofGrainMarket in
Ukraine”of 1998, TransenergoCompany took
part in the tender (organizedby theGovernment
ofUkrainewithin the frameofGrainProgram)
on supplyof oil products toagricultural
manufacturers andwon the tender successfully.
Due to theexistenceof thecontract between
Total International LtdandTransenergoCompany,
specialistsof thecompanywereable tooffer
themost profitableconditionsof supplyof 2
millionmetric tonsof oil productsÀ-80gasoline,
diesel fuel andblackoil)withpaymentsdeferred
by245days. As apledge forGrainProgram
implementation, thegovernment provided
TransenergoCompanywith400 thousandmetric
tonsof grainandwithguaranteesof theState
Export-Import BankofUkraine.
Company specialists participate in
development and implementationofmanyother
projects aswell.
During theParis (France) Business, Investment
andPrivatizationForum inOctober 2000,
where therewere roundtablediscussionsand
presentationsofprivatizationprojectsof regional
powergeneratingcompaniesofUkraine,
TransenergoCompanyorganized themeeting
ofUkraine’sPrimeMinister andFuel andenergy
MinisterwithmanagementofTotalFinaElf.
ManagementofTransenergoCompanyalso took
part in thismeeting.The issuesdiscussedat the
meeting includedparticipationofTotalFinaElf in
developmentofUkraine’soil industryand the
increaseof supplyof lightoil products intoUkraine.

engineering,metallurgical, construction and
other sectors of theeconomy.
Today, TransenergoCompany receives orders
fromArab countries’enterprises for different
equipment for oil refineries, chemical industry
and agriculture, aswell as offers for participation
in various tenders held in these countries.
