entry visa and book a hotel room. After the arrival
to the UAE, the buyer will receive amarket survey
that is unbiased because the Ukrainian Trade
Center is not depending from the developers.

the real estateprices inDubai are3 to4
times lower than inother popular investment
destinations –London,MoscoworTokyo.
And, on thecontrary, the rental rates are
higher; itmeans that theprofitability from the
investments into real estate sector ofDubai
when rentedout is 7% to9%; in the same
time, this index inEurope is 2% to3%. Resale
at the secondarymarket brings 40% to100%.
The investments intoDubai real estate is an
ever increasingand liquidplacement of funds;
youmayuse it for yourself or, alternatively,
raisean incomenot less than10%annually,
by renting it out.
The success of anexhibition is being
alwaysmeasuredby thequantityof
deals, signed contracts thatwill become
in the futureprospectiveprojects. The
exhibition “Real EstateAbroad”has become
