that freemoney takes abig scale. That’swhy
world investors takeUkrainianpropertyas a
Klondikewhere theycanget aprofit.
A solid support to involving the foreign
investorsbecame theworkof ourMinistry
of Justice. On the14thof January2006 the
Law regarding“Changes in some statuteof
Ukraine”came into force. There is a separate
itemwhere therearechanges to theLaw
“About investment activity”. Particularly there
is aprohibition regarding invest agreements
betweenbuildingcompanies andbuyers.
Thisgreatly reduces the risk to loose
investor’sdeposit.
It is better to use services of
Financing Building Funds (FBF),
Operating Property Funds (OPF),
and Pension Capital Fund (PCF)
for implement investments. These
companies will bemanaging
investment expenses. Themost
popular “managers”are FBF. Mostly
they are organizations which deal
with finance such as banks or legal
juridical person. Of course there
is a double attitude to thework
of Ukrainian banks in this sphere.
Experts don’t share the opinion
with each other. One of them thinks
that such kind of activity for banks
is not on their profile that’s why
they can’t guarantee the quality of
services for their clients. But there
is another point of view also: self-
respecting and influential bank is
very careful during the selection
of real-estate partners. Themost
important issue is to clarify the
difference in funds activity. One
of them is the questionwho is
