Early this year, UTC renewed the agreement
with Javzanowextended for the years 2007-

ZonesWorld. In thenearest future (possibly in
October or November)memorandumwithone
of themost influential companies of Dubai called
Limitless is tobe signed.
Services providedbyUkrainianTradeCenter
tobusinessmen fromUkraine, CIS andGulf
countries help strengthening the trade relations
between these countries. At this time, there is
noother organizationexcept UTC thatwould
bewilling toprovide assistance toUkrainian
business representatives inorganizing the
meetingswith representatives of government
structures of Ukraine andUAE and assist in the
establishingdirect contactswith local partners.
ManyUkrainian companies represented inUAE
use the services of UTC inestablishing contacts
with theChamber of Commerce and Industryof
Dubai andUAE, in the startupphase, as a rule.
UTChas aparticular fieldof activities
confirming thehigh level f reliabilityof this
organization, it being thepreparationof
information surveys and justificationof reliability
of informationupon requests fromgovernment
and commercial structures of UAE andUkraine.
The reputationofUkrainianTradeCenter in
theUnitedArabEmiratesbecomes strongerwith
everynewyear. For instance, during theKievvisitof
aGovernmentdelegationofUnitedArabEmirates,
theHeadof theDelegation–Undersecretaryof
ForeignAffairsof theUAE inchargeofpolitical
issuesDr.TariqAhmedAl-Haidanvoiced the
opinion that today, there isa seriousconsideration
of the issueof expanding theauthorityof Sergey
Pachkovskiy, theGeneralDirectorofUTCeither
in formof adiplomaticmissionor asanhonorary
consul of theEmirates inUkraine. AlsoDirector
General ofUkraineTradeCenter SergeyPachkovskiy
was invited to theSheikhMohammadBinRashid
AlMakhtoumAwardCeremony.VicePresident and
PrimeMinisterof theUAEand theRulerofDubai.
It isworthnoticing that thiswas the first invitation
everof acompany fromCIS toaneventof this
scale.The latest confirmationof solid reputationof
theUTCwas the invitationof itsmanagement to
the forum,wherePresidentof RussiaVladimir Putin
wasparticipating. In the frameof the forum the
meetingbetweenDirectorGeneral ofUkraineTrade
Center andMajorofMoscowCityYuri Luzhkov
tookplace.During themeetingwerediscussed
thequestionsof establishmentof jointholding
companyEmirates-Ukraine-Russia-Austria for
developmentofAutonomous republicofCrimea.
It is alsoworth saying that both theUkrainian
Embassy and theTrade and EconomicMission
of Ukraine are located inAbuDhabi and that at
the timeof establishment of theUTC, Ukraine
